Ans. We pay within 30 minutes after submitting your order and sometimes it takes up to 24 hours of receiving your gift card subject to verification of the gift card codes.

 

Q. What is your order cancellation policy?

Ans. You can cancel your order if the gift card is not redeemed before placing your cancellation request. Once the gift card has been redeemed successfully at our end, then the order can not be canceled at any circumstances.

Ans. Once your gift cards are sold and the order is completed, no refund will be issued to any of your orders at any condition.
